The Lash & Brow Experience

  • We request that you arrive with completely clean eyes, free of makeup, heavy eye creams, or oils. Please avoid caffeine for at least three hours prior to your session to ensure a deeply relaxing experience and perfectly still eyelids during the mapping process.

  • At Luxuria Lash, our adhesives and fibers are carefully chosen for both beauty and eye health. We use physician‑inspired, medical‑origin bonding technology with low‑fume, hypoallergenic formulas, paired with premium, lightweight PBT fibers that hold their curl and protect the natural lash. This refined combination allows us to create luxuriously full, soft sets with exceptional retention, while honoring the safety and comfort of the delicate eye area.

  • With our meticulous isolation technique, a full set will last the duration of your natural lash growth cycle, typically 4 to 6 weeks. However, to maintain the architectural precision and fullness of your custom design, we recommend scheduling a Refresh fill every 2 to 3 weeks.

  • Brow Lamination is an editorial treatment that realigns the direction of your natural brow hairs to create a fuller, highly defined, and lifted look. It is ideal for anyone seeking to tame unruly hairs, fill in sparse areas, or achieve a sophisticated, feathered aesthetic. Results beautifully persist for up to 8 weeks.

Studio Etiquette & Policies

  • To honor the dedicated time of our artisans and ensure absolute privacy for each guest, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service total.

  • In alignment with our quiet luxury sanctuary philosophy, our studio environment is reserved exclusively for clients receiving services. We kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment, allowing everyone inside the space to remain completely undisturbed.

  • Yes, we welcome outside artistry—provided it honors the health of your gaze.

    Because the foundation of the Luxuria Lash brand rests upon strict isolation standards, bespoke mapping, and clinical integrity, we require a complimentary Lash Health Assessment at the beginning of your first fill appointment.

    During this brief, multi-point assessment, your artisan will meticulously evaluate the weight, adhesive placement, and isolation of your current extensions to ensure your natural lashes are completely uncompromised.

    • If the existing work meets our rigorous health and safety criteria: We will seamlessly blend our premium silk fibers and medical-grade formulas to transition you into your new Luxuria maintenance routine.

    • If the existing work threatens your lash health (e.g., poor isolation or excessive adhesive weight): To protect your natural lash line, we will recommend a gentle, botanical removal followed by a pristine, new signature full set tailored uniquely to the architecture of your eyes.

    Please note: To ensure adequate time for this assessment and seamless artistic integration, first-time fills from an outside studio are booked under our Sanctuary Reset (90 mins) tier.
